Almond meal

Almond meal - is a very finely chopped almonds. It is used for the manufacture of nut fillings, nut and nut-sand semis, as an additive for all types of dough, as decoration and as a separate dish. It is also used for almond cream - wonderful filling for cakes and tartlets.

Almond meal is used for making the more thick consistency of some sauces and soups, that are traditional Mediterranean cuisines.
